Delete Your HYPE Account

We understand that sometimes you may want to step away. Deleting your HYPE account will permanently remove your data, posts, and all interactions. You won't be able to reactivate your account or recover any information once it's deleted.

What You Need to Know Before Deleting

Permanent Deletion:

  • • Your profile, messages, initiatives, and communities will be erased after deletion.
  • • Your membership in communities and initiatives will be deleted.
  • • Your conversations, collaborations, and live meeting history will no longer be accessible.
  • • This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored.

30-Day Window:

Once you confirm deletion, your account is deactivated for 30 days. During this period, you can log back in to cancel deletion if you change your mind.

External Contributions:

Any activity that redirected to external platforms (e.g., crowdfunding links) remains outside HYPE's control.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Your Account from the App

  1. 1. Go to Settings > Account in the HYPE app.
  2. 2. Tap Delete My Account.
  3. 3. Confirm your choice and enter the verification code (if requested).
  4. 4. Your account will be queued for deletion and removed permanently within 7 days.

Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request Online

If you no longer have the HYPE app, use the form below:

*Once we receive your request, we'll verify your details and delete your account within 30 days.*

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

Data Retention

  • • After deletion, all personal information will be removed from our servers.
  • • Some non-identifiable data (such as aggregated analytics) may be retained for system performance and security purposes.
  • • If you have any ongoing initiatives or collaborations, those records will be removed or anonymized.

Canceling a Deletion Request

If you've requested account deletion by mistake, you can cancel it within 24 hours by contacting our support team at dev@nimblebot.com.
